• Open to All: The contest is open for all participants.
• Equipment: Organizers will provide PS-5 and a controller.
• Payment: All payments must be made via bKash to the following wallet number: 01991100693.
• No Refund Policy: Once registration is confirmed, the fee is non-refundable.
• Unpaid Registrations: Any unpaid registrations will be automatically canceled.
• Final Decisions: The organizers’ decisions will be final and binding.
• Arrival Time: Participants must arrive at the venue at least 20 minutes before the scheduled match time.
• Match Verification: At the end of each match, players must keep the final result screen visible until it is confirmed by a referee.
• No-Show Policy: If a participant is absent before the match begins, the opponent will be granted a walkover to the next round.
• Food and Drinks: No food or drinks are allowed, except for chewing gum or breath fresheners.
